Welcome to our Bistro and Wine Bar where the atmosphere is fun, casual and relaxed. We offer a bar tasting menu, from which you can order many of our regular dinner items in taste-size portions at very reasonable prices. Savor wines by the bottle, the 1/2 litre or by the glass; or try a "with skins" or "without skins" wine sampler. You will enjoy casual bistro-style selections and tantalizing vegetarian choices, as well as your "old" Waldo's favourites. You are welcome to pop your head in to say a quick hello or stay to fully enjoy the Waldo's "experience". Mark will be cooking for you himself with his hand-picked team and dedicating most of his time to the kitchen. You will be glad to know that you have direct access to the restaurant from the underground parking, so you never have to change your shoes or mess your hair.
