Bertoldi's restaurant opened in London in 2002 by Bob DiFruscia and is now managed by his daughter, sauces, we make all of the specialty pastas, we bake our own bread daily, who cooked the true Italian way. Everything was made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients possible.At Bertoldi's in London, Nonno Gelindo and Nonna Marie, Jessica DiFruscia.The concept for Bertoldi's was inspired by my grandparents (Jessica's great grandparents), and desserts fresh here on the premises. We want to give Londoners a taste of Italy in a simple surrounding. We are in continually searching for not only the finest, but also the freshest, products available in our region.
